NUSAVA Vitamin B12 Liquid Drops 5000mcg - B-Complex with B6 and B1 - Sublingual Methylcobalamin, Vegan, Non-GM, Strawberry Flavour (2 Pack)

Who Should Consider a Vitamin B12 Liquid Supplement?

This B-complex liquid is an excellent choice for a wide range of people. Those following a vegan or vegetarian diet may particularly benefit from the high-dose B12, as plant-based diets can be low in this essential nutrient. Older adults often experience decreased absorption of B12 from food, making a sublingual supplement a practical option. Individuals with digestive conditions such as Crohn’s or coeliac disease may also find liquid drops easier to absorb. Additionally, anyone looking to support their energy levels and mental clarity as part of a balanced lifestyle can incorporate this supplement. As always, consult your healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen.

What Is This Vitamin B Complex Liquid?

NUSAVA Vitamin B12 Liquid Drops deliver a comprehensive blend of B vitamins in a convenient sublingual form. Each serving provides 5000mcg of methylcobalamin (the active form of B12), along with vitamin B6, thiamine (B1), niacin, and folic acid. This powerful combination is designed to support energy production, brain function, and overall wellbeing. The liquid format allows for rapid absorption under the tongue, making it an excellent choice for those who have difficulty swallowing tablets or need a quick boost.

Key Benefits of the NUSAVA B-Complex Formula

This carefully curated formula offers multiple benefits that work together to support your body’s vital functions. The B vitamins play essential roles in converting food into energy, maintaining a healthy nervous system, and supporting normal heart function. Many users report feeling more energised throughout the day, as noted in customer feedback. The inclusion of methylcobalamin ensures your body receives the bioavailable form of B12, which is particularly important for individuals with absorption issues. Additionally, the formula is free from fillers and artificial additives, aligning with a clean supplement regimen.

How to Choose a High-Quality B-Complex Supplement

When selecting a B-complex, consider the form of each vitamin. NUSAVA uses methylcobalamin for B12, which is the active coenzyme form that does not require conversion. The inclusion of thiamine (B1) as thiamine HCl supports energy metabolism. The formula is also free from common allergens—vegan, non-GM, Gluten Free—and made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. Third-party testing ensures purity and potency. The liquid format allows for customisable dosing, and the pleasant strawberry flavour makes it easy to take daily.

How to Use These Liquid Drops for Best Results

To maximise absorption, place the recommended number of drops under your tongue and hold for 30 seconds before swallowing. This sublingual method allows the vitamins to be absorbed directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system. For best results, take the drops in the morning on an empty stomach. Some users prefer to refrigerate the bottle, which can improve the taste. Each bottle contains approximately 80 servings (2 fl oz), and the 2-pack provides a two-month supply.
